We'll kick things off with a discovery call. Some things we might talk about: The amazing things everyone should know about you or your place. The audience you'd like to reach. Your business challenges. What you love to eat (I'm always up for talking food).
research
I'll identfy and/or tailor your ideal client persona, analyze the competition, and go through current metrics. We'll determine short and long-term goals, and I'll call on additional collaborators as needed, from videographers to data wranglers. I'll identify the building blocks that might work for your message — keeping in mind brand voice, scalability, accessibility, and inclusion.
craft
Once we've decided on a creative direction, it's time to build. For a website redesign, we'll preserve any existing SEO or high-performing content. We'll revise in a back-and-forth process until the assets are in step with your vision.
launch
When you're thrilled with the resuts, we'll send them out into the world, and jumpstart marketing efforts, from ads to social. I'll provide technical support in the short- and possibly long-term, depending on plan.
